Usually I’m a creature of habits: Broccoli Potatoes and Veggie Burger on Monday, Hot Curry on Tuesday, Pasta on Wednesday… you get the picture. But this week I decided to try a new recipe everyday. My focus: high in protein and a whole lot of veggies.
The highlights of this week:
This evening I opted for a quick and tasty couscous with chicken breast en a bunch of veggies. I have to be honest: it was already assembled for me. The only thing I had to do was throw all the ingredients in a wok and stir fry the whole thing. But it tasted great, I can tell you!
