So, I’ve decided to give Deepak Chopra‘s 21 Day Meditation Challenge another go. The theme for November will be Creating Abundance. Since the DJ and I are trying to buy a house in the near future, we could definitely use some abundance! I’m curious to see if that’ll work… 😉
Since last meditation challenge didn’t end very well (after one week of meditating every day it ended with a lot of email updates that I didn’t follow up), I am hereby trying again. I now know what to expect (10 minutes of meditation a day) I hope this time I’ll be more prepared.
Anyone who wants to join me on this one? This challenge will start on Monday November 5th. Let me know if you’ll be joining in the comments below! As always with these meditation challenges, you can register and participate for free.
Create a habit of daily meditation, starting with 21 days.
Listen to 15-minute guided meditations provided by the Chopra Center.
Free To Love.

After finishing last month’s challenge I’ve been searching the web for a new one. I got inspired by the yoga classes I went to and all the information I found online, so I decided to give the Chopra Center 21-Day Meditation Challenge a try. Research tells us it takes exactly 21 days to create a new habit. And since I’ve always wanted to make meditation part of my everyday life (and not as a once-in-a-while-but-actually-never-make-time-for-it-practice), I think this challenge is perfect for me.
This challenge will start next Monday, July 16th. If there’s anyone out there who would like to join me, please sign up here for daily support and guidance (did I mention it’s FREE?). I will be posting updates about my progress (or lack of it). I would love to hear from you guys in the comments below. Who’s doing this with me?
