After finishing last month’s challenge I’ve been searching the web for a new one. I got inspired by the yoga classes I went to and all the information I found online, so I decided to give the Chopra Center 21-Day Meditation Challenge a try. Research tells us it takes exactly 21 days to create a new habit. And since I’ve always wanted to make meditation part of my everyday life (and not as a once-in-a-while-but-actually-never-make-time-for-it-practice), I think this challenge is perfect for me.
This challenge will start next Monday, July 16th. If there’s anyone out there who would like to join me, please sign up here for daily support and guidance (did I mention it’s FREE?).
