Today I finally managed to get my butt to the gym. I’ve had a terrible cold the last three weeks and there was just no way I was able to do intense workouts. I did a ‘little’ walking, but that was about it. So I was so happy today I felt well enough to do a more intense treadmill workout after 15 minutes of working my abs, followed by 3×10 reps on the Triceps Press machine. I found this workout on Julie’s blog Peanut Butter Fingers:

No Joke Incline Walking

Since I didn’t have the energy to do my usual HIIT workout I thought it a good idea to to some walking. But as Julie says: “Incline walking is no joke!” I’ll keep this one for future reference. I definitely will be walking on incline more often!
